Kelley Hall was built in 1963 to replace the aging and dilapidated Boys' Home. This building functioned as a large dormitory with additional space for classrooms and day programs. It was a flat-roofed utilitarian X-shaped structure, with a central dining area and exterior emergency stairwells placed at each wing tip. Perched atop Owl Hill, it offered a commanding view of the surrounding area and was a favorite place for sledding in the winter. The building was demolished through 2019-2021.
